What size is the average woman? The stats vary depending on your source. It is said that the average woman in the UK is a size 16 (40”bust, 32”waist, 43”hip). Apparently 45% of UK women are a size 16 and over. Other stats show that the best selling dress size in the UK is a size 12 followed by size 14, this is certainly the case at Woodie & Morris.
